Doug is a deceptively subtle bassist who can nail a groove like nobody's business while simultaneously providing the kind of rhythmic color that can set the tone for any tune.  A veteran of bands whose styles have ranged from pop to heavy metal, he's also an award-winning recording engineer/producer whose work includes both music and commercials.

Whether he's burning a guitar lead, locking in a sublime rhythm part, singing or doubling on keys and harmonica, Jeff is an integral part of  The Ringers sound.   An accomplished engineer, Jeff recently opened SpotWerx studio, a full service audio facility, and christened it with the recording  and mixing of Forty Days, the new BZR CD released in 2009.

Joel Steward - drummer/percussionist

Simply put, Joel is a dream drummer.  'Need a new or different groove?  Joel's got it.  'Want to nail down a classic idea?  Give it to Joel.  His tasteful, punchy, clock work playing is matched only by his flawless sense of dynamics, and his experience ranges from rock,  pop and country to jazz and Broadway touring shows.

Billy has been singing, playing and writing for more years than he cares to remember.  His love of American music is apparent in songs which delight audiences and critics alike, and his richly evocative voice has drawn comparisons to Roy Orbison (an idea which always makes him blush).  A talented producer, he recently worked on 2008's Never Lost, Grace Adele's independent debut CD.
